Rotary International sponsors a wide range of international and regional meetings during the course of every Rotary year. The largest is its annual convention, but a host of Presidential Conferences, zone institutes and other regional events help to focus attention on important social issues and to disseminate timely Rotary information. The International Assembly is the annual training meeting for district governors-nominee and international institutes are held twice a year to provide a forum in which Rotary leaders past and present can exchange ideas.
